I'm Jennifer Bronsnick, LCSW, a licensed clinical social worker, author, and the founder of Paws 4 Wellness.
I've seen firsthand how deeply our pets help us heal and regulate our nervous system. Their presence calms what feels chaotic, softens what feels heavy, and brings us back to ourselves.
I created the Paws 4 Wellness app to make that kind of healing accessible to anyone who needs it through simple daily practices that create meaningful change.
My hope is that every time you pause with your pet, you feel a little more peaceful, a little more grounded, and a little more supported.

If you have a pet and you're struggling, this was designed for you.
You don't need to be in crisis. You simply need a pet—or even the memory of one.
No. The paths are available whenever you're ready, but you're free to use only meditations, tapping sessions, or individual practices. There is no right way to be here.
That's a fair question—and it was built with you in mind.
Every practice is intentionally short. Every day is one small step, not a long checklist. Nothing builds pressure, and you can jump in at any point without feeling behind.
If a full path feels like too much today, simply choose a meditation or tapping session. Miss a week? There is nothing to catch up on. Just return whenever it feels right.
The app was designed for low-demand entry, so the structure supports you instead of expecting you to carry everything yourself.
Everything here is intentionally low-stimulation and permissive. Practices are invitations—not demands.
Nothing assumes you'll feel a certain way, arrive at a specific outcome, or complete every activity perfectly.
This nervous-system-based approach meets you exactly where you are. If something feels like too much, less is always an option.
The app is not therapy and it is not a crisis resource. If you're experiencing an active crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or your local crisis service.
But if you're in a difficult season and simply need something gentle to help you reconnect with yourself, that's exactly why this was created.
The first week of every path is called Safety Without Demand because it asks very little of you beyond simply showing up.
This app isn't only for difficult seasons.
You'll also find paths focused on joy, authentic self, self-worth, purpose, pleasure, and personal growth.
Sometimes the most meaningful healing isn't fixing what's broken— it's learning how to feel good without needing to earn it first.
Your pet never has to be physically present.
Every practice can be done with your pet beside you, pictured in your mind, or remembered in your heart.
If you've experienced pet loss, dedicated practices help you reconnect through memory and love. The bond continues, even when proximity changes.
Yes—and it's worth saying honestly.
Your pet can't complete the practices for you, but they'll be there beside you while you do.
This isn't about being perfect every day. It's about returning—again and again—even if that's just five intentional minutes.
Small moments practiced consistently create lasting change.
No—and it isn't meant to be.
Think of it as something that lives between therapy sessions, or alongside them. Daily nervous system practices help reinforce and deepen the work you're already doing.
Many therapists recommend practices like these because they expand your window of tolerance and help you apply what you've learned in everyday life.
If therapy has been helpful, this complements it. If therapy hasn't been the right fit yet, this can be a gentle place to begin.
